Role
As a result of a period of growth for L.E.A.D. Equate Teaching School Alliance, we are looking for an outstanding teacher and learning practitioner who has an interest in the sector led system. The candidate must be able to work alongside a positive and supportive Teaching School team. The role will require a practitioner who is passionate about developing teaching and learning, keen to research and deploy effective CPD, recognising the impact of a relentless focus on teacher development leading to greater improvements in student outcomes
The role will involve:
Responding to the school led system, researching and writing CPD to support teacher development and career pathway.
Leading and developing the SLE team in their role supporting schools. Coordinating the work of the SLEs and overseeing the impact of the school to school support.
Being committed to leading on establishing and maintaining links with schools within the teaching school alliance and beyond whilst engaging in school to school support and the development of teaching and learning. Continue to build upon already reputable and established relationships with schools and develop effective partnerships within the wider community.
Cultivating a passion for developing the alliance as part of a wider approach to system leadership and have a strong commitment to the school-lead system
Liaising with the Head of the Teaching School and Teaching School administration team.
Ensuring effective time management skills and work across different work streams: self-motivated, ability to meet deadlines, a willingness to travel around Lincolnshire and to work flexibly.
Collaborating sensitively with a range of stakeholders and partners to develop joint activities and support programmes. Where appropriate work with members of LTT when coordinating and delivering CPD to schools.
