What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated individual to join our School, supporting students in either mainstream lessons or within the ACE Unit to enable them to access the curriculum, as well as working closely with teachers. The ability to be flexible, as well as to build good working relationships with students and staff is a key requirement. A willingness to learn and to be flexible with a good general level of education is essential. These roles may well appeal to people who are considering going into teaching as a career or those who are passionate about working with students who have special educational needs or disabilities.

Trinity School in Newbury, West Berkshire, is the lead school in the Newbury Academy Trust; Fir Tree Primary School and Speenhamland Primary School are part of our Trust.
