What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the child with their educational and social development.
- Assisting the child with intimate care needs sensitively and respectfully.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support.
- Encouraging the child’s independence and confidence within the classroom and beyond.
What we are looking for
- Someone with good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE at Grade C or equivalent.
- Experience in providing assistance to children with additional needs in education
- An effective communicator and has the ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality at all times
