Are you able to provide support for pupils, especially those with special needs?
Are you committed to ensuring our pupils' safety and access to learning activities?
If so, join our team of teaching assistants who want to make a difference to our students!
Your role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students in the classroom and with small groups, supporting them to access learning activities to meet their needs. Full training will be given.
About us:
We cater for students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including those with Education Health and Care Plans. We have recently moved to a new and exciting bespoke area within the setting, offering superb facilities to meet our students’ needs. The department is well resourced and includes fantastic practitioners. We are looking to appoint a colleague who shares our vision and determination to help every student achieve their potential.
Collaboration, educational research and professional development are at the core of how the schools within Thomas Deacon Education Trust work together. With a clear focus on colleagues at all levels, the Trust is well placed to provide great opportunities. At Queen Katharine Academy, you will be given effective support to develop as an outstanding Teaching Assistant.
