Teaching Assistant job summary

We seek to appoint a committed and dynamic Teaching Assistant to work with specific children throughout the whole school. Our teaching and support staff work hard and enthusiastically as one team with the belief that every student can succeed and transform their life chances, achieving more than they dreamt possible. You will be able to enthuse and motivate our students with your passion for learning, your presence and personality.

Part of the roles and responsibilities for these positions will involving leading on literacy and numeracy interventions as part of our inclusion provision, The Progress Centre. Therefore, we would welcome applications with expertise in literacy and/or numeracy which would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be joining the Academy at a very exciting point along its journey to excellence. Our new Principal joined in September 2021 and has set a very ambitious and aspirational vision for the School.
