Teaching Assistant (1:1 SEND Support) job summary
The ideal candidate will have:
A genuine passion for supporting children to progress socially and academically.
Some experience of working with children.
Patience and compassion.
Teamwork skills.
Organisational skills and be an efficient worker, making effective use of time.
Enthusiasm for the role and be able to use their initiative to go beyond the job description, adapting to the needs of the children.
