What skills and experience we're looking for

To work under the instruction/direction of SENDCO/class teacher to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching for a child with special educational needs. Good knowledge of Autism strategies and working with social, emotional and mental health difficulties is essential. To undertake specified work with an individual child under the direction and supervision of the class teacher/SENDCO; To encourage the participation of the child in the social and academic processes of the school and enable them to become a more independent learner.

What the school offers its staff

We are a brand new school which opened in September 2018 for reception aged children. As each year passes, we will grow incrementally year on year until we eventually reach our capacity of 420 pupils. Our Nursery opened for children aged 2, 3 and 4 years in September 2019.

We are an inclusive Church of England school and we specialise in offering opportunities for outdoor learning and education.
