Teaching Assistant 2 (1:1) job summary
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children with SEN. As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to support individuals and groups of children under the guidance of the Class Teacher and provide one to one support for a child with an Education Health Care Plan. A background in classroom support and evidenced knowledge of SEND are desirable alongside high expectations and strong personal and professional boundaries.
You will be a strong team player who will contribute to the wider life of the school, have excellent communication and numeracy skills and be able to work positively with children and staff. We are particularly keen to employ people who are imaginative, inventive and enjoy a challenge!
