Teaching Assistant 2 (1:1) job summary
The role of a 1:1 TA will involve:
Being able to work under the instruction/ guidance of teaching / senior staff to undertake work
Provide care for the 1:1 child as needed
Deliver support programmes
To work with 1:1 pupil, to enable access to learning
Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area depending on need
To assist in review meetings, planning and preparing of resources
Training as needed to ensure skills and knowledge are up to date
We are seekWe are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant 2 to work with SEN children on a 1:1 basis. Working with pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan.
