Teaching Assistant 2 (1:1) job summary

The role of 1:1 TA will involve:

• Being able to work under the instruction/ guidance of teaching / senior staff to undertake work
• Provide care for the 1:1 child as needed
  
• Deliver support programmes
  
• To work with 1:1 pupil, to enable access to learning
  
• Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area depending on need
  
• To assist in review meetings, planning and preparing of resources
  
• Training as needed to ensure skills and knowledge are up to date
