The inclusion department at St Mark’s Academy is vibrant and flourishing. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND TA to join our wonderful team, who, ideally, has the experience and passion to work with students with special educational needs and understands how to motivate and support pupils to reach their potential. St Mark's were inspected by Ofsted in March 2023.  The Academy performed exceptionally well in all areas, with particular reference made to expert curriculum design; transformational teaching and learning underpinned by the highest expectations; the extra-curricular offer and staff and pupil wellbeing.     


  The report states, “there is enough evidence of improved performance to suggest that the school could be judged outstanding if we were to carry out a graded (section 5) inspection now.”  

 This could not be a more exciting time to join the St Mark's family. Outcomes at the Academy at both Key Stage 4 and 5 are in the top 10% of all schools nationally. In 2022 an impressive 58% of all A Levels were awarded A*-B grades and the Progress 8 Score was +0.59-ALPS Grade 2.   

 S t Mark’s Church of England Academy is part of Anthem Schools Trust, a multi-academy trust serving over 8,000 children and young people in 16 schools across the East Midlands, London and the Thames Valley.
