What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant 3 – Mentor,
into our expanding team following promotion of existing staff who are now
undertaking teacher training. The role of the Teaching Assistant 3 - Mentor is
a key position, supporting students in a number of vocational areas and core

teachers to develop meaningful programmes. Mentors support the vocational
tutors as part of the tutor team and act as a supportive pastoral contact for
all students. They sometime supervise classes to cover staff absence, working
in small teams to deliver quality cover classes.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and supportive person with an interest in at least one of the following areas: Hospitality/Art & Creativity/Core & Academic subjects.
