Teaching Assistant - 3 Year Old Nursery (25 hours per week - Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 13:00) job summary

Do you have the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to help our youngest children to flourish? Are you patient, caring and nurturing? If so, we would love you to consider joining our wonderful team of hard working staff in 3 Year old Nursery. The role would include leading Key Worker group sessions, supporting children with additional needs and planning exciting and engaging learning opportunities to inspire our fabulous children.

The successful candidate will:

Be enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children

Have experience working within the EYFS, planning in the moment and demonstrates a knowledge of how to progress children’s learning through play.

Be organised and able to manage workload.

Have experience of working with children with SEND.

Have a positive, caring and nurturing disposition.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work as part of a team.

You will have a key group that you will be expected to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for working alongside other experienced practitioners and under the support and guidance of Experienced Teachers.
