Are you passionate about education and dedicated to helping young people reach their potential? The Westleigh School is looking for an enthusiastic, committed Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both individual students and small groups across various subjects. Working closely with teachers, you’ll assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and providing tailored support to students with additional needs. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real impact on students’ academic progress, confidence, and overall school experience.
