Teaching Assistant job summary
Hexthorpe Primary Academy have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join their team!

- Is proactive and approaches challenges pragmatically to ensure the best outcome for students and the wider academy team.
In this role you will:
- Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
- Ensure pupil’s needs are catered for in lessons
- Work with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment
- Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.
