Grade 3, Scale Point 5 - £23,500 FTE (actual salary £16,136 .00)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint three enthusiastic and skilled teaching assistants to join our supportive and experienced team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide appropriate levels of in-class support and interventions primarily to children in EYFS/Key Stage 1. All required training will be provided.

We are especially keen to hear from applicants with experience of working with children with hearing difficulties and speech and language needs.

This role is initially a fixed-term appointment with the opportunity of becoming permanent in the future.

All staff and volunteers are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Barring check before taking up their new position and will support our rigorous safeguarding procedures.

Candidates need to be aware that this is a Catholic school and it is important that candidates feel able to support and uphold this ethos fully.

All appointments will be subject to appropriate vetting, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
