What skills and experience we're looking for
- Effective oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and direction. While also able to use initiative to identify and raise concerns/risks.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time keeping.
- Able to relate to academic staff, students, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the SEND code of practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the effective communication skills with students.
- Ability to use technology to a basic level – e.g. computer, video, photocopier etc.
- Enthusiastic and committed to meeting the needs of students.

The College this year, secured some of the best results in the South West for student progress.
