We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who shares our belief in excellence, equity, and integrity. You will work closely with teachers to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of our students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students individually or in small groups to access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
- Assist with the implementation of individual education, behaviour, and care plans.
- Promote positive behaviour, self-esteem, independence, and inclusion across the school.
- Help prepare learning resources and maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
We particularly welcome candidates with knowledge or experience of working with students with additional needs, including autism.
What We’re Looking For
You will be:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent experience).
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Able to build strong relationships with children and adults alike.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and reflective in your practice.
- A team player who can work independently when needed.
