Salary: NJC 6-7 - £23,893 - £24,294 (Actual Salary - £20,460 - £20,804) + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Car Scheme + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional AET Benefits
Hours: 37 per week - 39 weeks a year (Term time plus 5 days)
Fixed term: Until 31.08.24

The role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and friendly school. The role will involve supporting the care and supervision of children in various play, learning and other daily activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in; implementing agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas (such as reading interventions) and will involve assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources. The successful candidates will be also able to maintain a safe working environment, be able to work well as part of a team and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience of working with children is essential. This is a fixed term April 2024 until August 2024.
