TEACHING ASSISTANT KEY STAGE 1 AND 2

Our schools are rated “Good” by OfSTED and we believe we are on an improving trajectory. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Teaching Assistant to work at Windmill Primary School. 36.5 Hours per week, term time only A1/B1 £20,306 - £21,968 pro rata (£16,807 - £17,959 actual).

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom including break and luch duties
• Carefully guiding and helping them to make good progress in key areas
• Being flexible and willing to take on all challenges
• Preparing the classroom for lessons
• Supervising group activities
• Supporting the classroom teacher in managing class behaviour
• Helping pupils who need extra support to complete tasks
