What skills and experience we're looking for

ou will have:

• GCSE in English and Maths at grades ‘C’ or ‘5’ and above andNVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or A Level or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a secondary school or other setting.
• Experience supporting children with English as an additional language (EAL).​​​​​​​
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
