What skills and experience we're looking for
Teaching Assistant – Grade 4 – 30 hours a week – 39 weeks a year
Due to the increase of pupil numbers at our school, the governors and Headteacher atGrange Community Nursery and Primary School would like to appoint an enthusiasticTeaching Assistant to join our dedicated and inspirational team.
We are looking forsomeone who has the skills and knowledge to work across our key stage one and keystage two classes. This position is for one academic year – from 01.09.2025 –31.08.2026 in the first instance.
The successful candidate will work alongside the class teachers to deliver high qualityteaching and learning to our fantastic children. We are passionate about our childrenhaving high aspirations for themselves and so we expect the successful candidate tohave high expectations for all children including the SEND and most disadvantaged.
They should also have knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience of workingwith primary aged children.
A full training package will be on offer to the successful candidate. We would like tohear from ambitious people who are keen to make a difference to children’s lives.
