What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ Teaching Assistant qualification (essential) and possess the ability to assess the needs of individual students and accurately record and report their progress. As well as the ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour. Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
Experience working with young people is essential, as well as being able to implement strategies to maximise progress and achievement for all children.
