Teaching Assistant job summary
The successful applicant will be adaptable and enthusiastic with a commitment to working with students. The work involves providing support in the classroom and working with small groups in the Learning Support department. Patience and understanding are a pre-requisite. Teaching Assistants may provide general support or be assigned to specific students. The successful applicant will be responsible, through the SENDco and Senior Leadership Team for assisting in the support and inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities within the school.
