Teaching Assistant job summary
The school is seeking to appoint an additional Teaching Assistant to join our large existing team. The purpose of the role is to assist the classroom teacher in the provision of learning and educational opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills to support a student’s independent learning by explanation and encouragement.
The role could include providing personal care for the student. Please indicate in your application if this is something you would be happy to do. Full training would be provided.

Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only
Salary: Scale 2c Point 3, actual salary £16,760 (FTE £24,442)
