What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an additional Teaching Assistant to provide support to students in a class setting under the guidance of the Teacher. Students may have various learning or social needs or just need extra support and encouragement. Good literacy and numeracy skills with an open minded approach to education is more important than formal qualifications or previous experience of working in a school.
