Teaching Assistant job summary
Astrea Academy Sheffield Secondary Phase are looking for an expectational Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2025, Part time and full time applications will be considered.
As part of our relentless commitment to excellence every day, all our scholars experience quality first teaching expertly delivered within the classroom by subject specialists. At the heart of our quality first teaching offer is invisible intervention. This invisible intervention ensures the additional support required to meet the needs of our scholars with special educational needs is embedded within our core curriculum offer through common approaches to classroom culture. This ensures all scholars can succeed while feeling a sense of belonging at Astrea Academy Sheffield. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a supportive, hardworking, caring team. We are looking for:
- Experience of working within an education setting
- Experience of working within KS3/4
