What You’ll Do:
Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students;
Assist with the educational, social, and physical needs of assigned students;
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance student progress;
Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
What We’re Looking for:
· A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development;
· Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting;
· A flexible, proactive team player with excellent communication skills;
· Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
