Woodfall Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Teaching Assistant. We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our creative, dynamic and enthusiastic team, people who are keen to take an active role in the full life of our school during an exciting time, as we plan for our future .The successful candidate will be committed to the best interests of our pupils, have high expectations of themselves and work effectively in a team. They will be able to motivate, encourage and nurture our children to achieve their best, and have a good knowledge of the expectations of the National Curriculum.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will actively contribute to our Year 6 class, supporting the class Teacher. You will work under the guidance of the Teacher to support the academic and personal development of children throughout the day. This includes:
- Preparing the classroom ready for lessons and activities
- Assist students with learning.
- Helping those who need extra support providing 1-1 support and interventions.
- Completing records and updating, maintaining and monitoring pupils.
- Reliability-Punctual and committed.
