What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and motivated teaching assistant to join our talented team of support staff. Part of this role will be supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis.
This role is offered on a full or part time basis, term time only, up to 30 hours per week. This is a fixed term position, but may become permanent.
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for nurturing excellence, ensuring all children become motivated and successful learners
- A positive, resilient and caring approach to supporting children with a range of needs
- The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents
- Excellent communication skills
