What skills and experience we're looking for

The Pennington Centre is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our strong team and support teaching and learning.

This vacancy will suit candidates who are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have the best outcomes for children at heart. Knowledge and/or experience of pupils with SEMH is preferable but not required. The successful applicant will also have a patient and positive approach to managing children’s behaviour and wellbeing.
