What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school.

In this role, you will support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to engage in their learning and develop essential life skills. Working closely with teachers and other staff, you will provide one-on-one support, small group assistance, and contribute to creating a positive, nurturing environment.

If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have a calm, caring approach, we encourage you to apply.

Experience in SEMH settings is beneficial, but not essential, as we offer full training and development opportunities.
