We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team of Teaching Assistants.
The role will be based in the classroom and will involve implementing work programmes for individuals/groups and assisting in planning and the preparation of resources. Experience of nurture is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good standard of education;
- Have experience of supporting children in a classroom environment, including those with special educational needs,
- Have excellent knowledge of positive behaviour strategies;
- Be able to work within a team;
- Have understanding of the issues surrounding the safeguarding of children and commitment to child welfare and safety;
