Marston Vale Middle School are proud of their learning environment where Teaching Assistants play a key role in driving standards and the progress of our pupils.

We are looking to appoint a warm, friendly and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The role involves a range of teaching activities and interventions with individuals, groups of students or whole classes, while working under the supervision of the class teacher.

Purpose of the post 

• To support the learning of all pupils, especially those with Special Education Needs such as difficulties with communication and interaction, cognition and learning, social, emotional and mental health, sensory and/or physical.
• Work with targeted groups as agreed with SEND lead.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
