The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a patient, encouraging and driven approach and have experience of supporting children. The successful applicant will initially work within the EYFS.

  • Excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with pupils, parents and other staff
  • Self-motivation and the confidence to be proactive
  • The ability to provide rich and creative learning experiences

  • A minimum GCSE C Grade in both maths and English
  • Experience of working with children within the EYFS
  • An appropriate Early Years Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
