Teaching Assistant job summary
Our school needs a highly motivated, talented and inspirational teaching assistant for an immediate start. The work will initially involve working one to one with one child, leading small groups and whole class work.
The successful candidate will be:
• Committed to working in a school which seeks to meet the needs of each child.
• Of the view that provision for each child, family and staff member is what will lead to our
school community fulfilling its considerable potential.
• Excited at the prospect of working with children of many backgrounds and talents who
are grateful for the opportunities they are offered.
• Supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school – you do not need to be Catholic and/or of
faith to be considered.
We are looking for a teaching assistant who will enjoy working in our school. Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
