What skills and experience we're looking for
If you have experience of working with children, or a desire to make a positive impact on the opportunities and chances for young people with additional needs then we may have the position for you.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, calm and effective member of staff to join our fantastic team of support staff, helping us to provide the best education and experience possible for our pupils.
The post will involve you working within a Key Stage Two class, supporting the needs of learners from across the class. There may be times where you work with other children across the year group for specific interventions, such as phonics, but you will work within a year group team.
This role is based within our Year 4 team, where there are 4 classes and just over 100 children. We are committed to continued professional development and the successful candidate would be expected to undertake any directed training required to support them in undertaking their role effectively.

They will need good Literacy and Numeracy skills and will be proficient with the use of ICT to support learning.
