What is the job role?

Governors seek to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support children, initially in a Year 4 class.

You will support the classroom teacher in fulfilling their responsibility to develop and educate the children, including those who have special physical, emotional, and educational needs.

This role is 35 hours per week, term time only.   This is a fixed term until 31st August 2025 (in the first instance). Required as soon as possible.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

• recent school-based experience or a Graduate keen to enter the teaching profession.
• A caring individual who is prepared to go the extra mile to meet the needs of all children
• An enthusiastic person who can stimulate and engage children in their learning
• Applicants should have GCSE or equivalent in English and mathematics.  
• hold relevant qualifications or be prepared to undertake training as a Teaching Assistant

Interviews:   Monday 9^th December 2024
