About Hemyock Primary School

Hemyock Primary School is a member of Ventrus, a group of Devon schools who actively collaborate to improve children's outcomes. As a Trust, we offer excellent career and development opportunities.

Hemyock Primary School is a very special place to work, in a beautiful rural location but still with easy access from the M5. The school enjoys extensive grounds, providing a forest school area, sports grounds, a bird hide, pond and gardening patches. Our dedicated team of staff and governors work together to create a school where there is a real sense of community and where teachers and learners can flourish.

Ventrus is an equal opportunities employer, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and an enhanced disclosure is required for this post.
