What skills and experience we're looking for

It is essential that applicants have appropriate literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or the equivalent).

We are looking for applicants who have:

• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils encouraging them to learn.

• The ability to work as part of a team.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

• The ability to identify potential barriers to learning and jointly engage in strategies to overcome these barriers.

All Saints is a wonderfully diverse and vibrant school, providing high quality education from nursery to Year 6; nearly 40 languages are spoken in our pupils’ homes, and the school is very popular in the local area, with most year-groups full and often over-subscribed. However, due to falling birth rates across Bradford, like many schools, All Saints have reduced its PAN from 90 to 60 from the September 2024 reception intake. They have also extended their nursery provision to include children from the age of 2. The high number of staff (around 27 teaching staff and 100 associate staff) reflects the larger than average size of the school.
