Internal Teaching Assistant
Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent, part-time Teaching Assistant, based at Aloeric Primary
D4-D6 - £21,189 - £21,968 pro rata,
per annum (actual salary £4200 - £4354 per annum), depending on experience
8.75 hours Monday to Friday, 1.15pm to 3.00pm, 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding

We are looking to appoint committed
and flexible teaching assistants, to support groups and individual children
with their learning. Being able to work as part of a team is essential as well
as being able to use your own initiative. The successful candidates will need excellent
communication and liaison skills and will be closely supported by a class
teacher and wider team.
Duties will include:
pupils learning, either in groups or through 1:1 work. The exact tasks will depend on the learning
support needs of the pupil/s
pupils self-esteem, inclusion and behavioural development
physical/personal care to pupils where required
the curriculum - Support the delivery of the English and Mathematics curriculum
along with other aspects of both the National Curriculum and the enhanced
curriculum offered by the school.
