Salary: Grade 3 SP 7 - 10 (FTE £20,443 - £22,129 / Actual £12,897 - £13,961 per annum)
Contract Type: Part time (27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year), fixed term linked to a student
Castle Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant and 1:1 Personal Assistant to support a named student. Applicants would be required to have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting.
Applicants will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and, at all times, demonstrate our PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven.
