What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint, for February 2025, a talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant and Lunchtime Playleader. The role is to work within our Year 1 team. The role is permanent and term-time only, inclusive of INSET days, for a total of 21.25 hours a week from 08:40 - 13:10. This is 16.25 hours per week (including an unpaid 15 minute break) as a Teaching Assistant plus 5 hours per week as a Lunchtime Playleader.
Ideally candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent, while a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C).
The position will be paid on Band C point 8-14, currently £25,992 to £28,624 per annum pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience.
