  • Encouraging and promoting positive behaviour, social skills, and self-esteem.
  • Monitoring children’s progress and contributing to the development of personalised learning plans.
  • Being an active part of the school’s wider team, working with other staff and external agencies to support children’s development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong child-centered approach with a genuine passion for working with children.

  • Flexibility and resilience to respond to the dynamic needs of our students.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and families.
  • A commitment to the values of inclusion, respect, and empathy.
  • Experience of working in an Early Years environment (desirable, not essential).

What We Offer:

  • A supportive, caring, and inclusive school environment.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development.
  • The chance to be part of a team that truly values each individual child.
  • A welcoming and friendly staff team.

If you are someone who is truly dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children, we would love to hear from you.
