Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic person who would love to join our team of dedicated staff as a Teaching Assistant. The post involves supporting pupils learning and emotional needs within the classroom environment. The successful candidate will be able to work under the class teacher's direction as well as independently either in class, small groups or 1 to 1 support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children across the curriculum and you will need to have GCSEs in English, Maths and Science at grade C or above.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time (38 weeks) plus five inset days and a minimum of 2 days to be worked during the school holidays (pro-rata).
