Beechcroft is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with additional Midday Supervisor responsibilities to support our vibrant team of educators and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for our pupils.

The role is for 30 hours per week, term time only (plus Inset Days). Your normal working pattern would be Monday to Friday 8.40am to 3.10pm with an unpaid 30 minute break for lunch.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant you will:
- Work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality lessons.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help.
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
- Support pupil’s social, emotional and behavioural development
- Provide support to the lunch time team in the hall and on the playground to ensure a smooth and well organised transition

- Has experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
- Is patient, kind, and committed to supporting every child’s individual needs.
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
