Teaching Assistant (Behaviour Support) job summary
We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with KS2 & KS3 pupils with a range of Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (SEMH). You will be supporting the students in the classroom as well as outside, providing them with 1:1 support, mentorship, advice, and guidance.
Due to the nature of the role, the school are specifically looking for candidates with transferable skills and experience from previous roles, where working with challenging behaviour was required.
The ideal candidate should have a love of learning, be flexible, and be able to help our pupils achieve their goals.
This position involves a 45-minute midday supervisory role providing additional pupil support during the lunch period.
