Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Support Team job summary
The successful candidates will join our highly effective team of Teaching Assistants who work as part of the Behaviour Support Team. They will work alongside teachers and class teams to develop and deliver strategies to support students to self-regulate and manage their behaviour in a positive manner. They will also provide curriculum and pastoral support for students across key stages 3, 4 and 5. They will share our determination to transform the life chances of young people who attend Melland High School. Please note - Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to work a further 7.5 hours per week as a lunchtime organiser. This role is paid at Grade 2 points 2-3, actual pay £3,855 - £3,919 pa.
