Belmore Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, vibrant, and supportive team. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our students’ growth and development. You'll love this role if you can utilise strategies to support students in achieving learning goals and establish good working relationships with pupils.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our strong team of TAs as soon as possible

All our Teaching Assistants have:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • High expectations of themselves and the children with whom they work.
  • Dedication, energy and a commitment to working hard.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability and desire to work as part of a team.

You need to be able to work flexibly in support of the class teacher, working with individuals and groups of children. You will support with the assessment of children and you will need to be able to communicate information to parents and other staff.
