Benfield Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join ourTeam.
We are looking for a suitably experienced and hardworking individual who is able to work as part of a team, follow directed tasks when needed as well as use their own initiative to work within the SEND Team. The position is based across our exciting and newly developed SEN support room, catering for pupils with neurodivergence as well as the classroom.
. It will involve teaching small groups and in a 1:1 capacity. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity and a passion for overcoming barriers to learning.
